2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Our products — trading cards, sealed hobby products, toys, and collectibles — are sold as collectibles and are not intended for young children.
3. Our Products
We sell trading cards, sealed hobby boxes, toys, and related collectibles. A few important things to understand about what you’re buying:
Sealed products are sold sealed. We do not open, weigh, scan, or otherwise tamper with sealed hobby products, and we cannot guarantee the contents of any sealed box or pack. The thrill of the rip is yours alone — and so is its outcome.
No guarantee of card value or contents. The secondary-market value of trading cards fluctuates. We make no representations about the current or future value of any product, or about specific cards contained in sealed products.
Condition descriptions are made in good faith. For non-sealed collectibles, we describe condition as accurately as we can, including photographs where applicable. Minor variations inherent to vintage and pre-owned items are part of their character.
Product images. Photos are representative. For sealed product, minor print or packaging variations by the manufacturer may occur.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email — this acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, stock unavailability, or orders that appear intended for automated purchasing or resale abuse. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Pricing errors. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but errors happen. If a product’s price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the affected order and notify you, even after confirmation — with a full refund and our genuine apology.
Quantity limits. We may impose per-customer quantity limits on high-demand releases so that real collectors — not bots and buyout carts — get a fair shot.
5. Payment
All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. See our Payment Information page for full details.
6. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no thresholds, no asterisks. Orders are processed and dispatched promptly, and you’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carriers occasionally have other plans. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided; please make sure that address is accurate, because we can’t redirect a package once it’s in transit.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email support@lookymall.shop right away — we’ll work with the carrier and make it right.
7. Returns & Refunds

To keep things fair for all collectors, sealed products must be returned sealed and in original condition; opened sealed products cannot be returned, because an opened box can’t be resold as sealed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. 8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lookymall.shop if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site, monitor inventory, or place orders
Attempt to interfere with the site’s security, functionality, or other users’ access
Misrepresent your identity, submit false order or return information, or engage in payment fraud
Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the site or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission
We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders from anyone violating this section.

All content on this site — including our store name, logo, page copy, product descriptions, and photography — is the property of Looky Looky Vendor Mall or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Trading card brands, game names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners; Looky Looky Vendor Mall is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card manufacturer or game publisher.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services we don’t control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Clicking outbound links is at your own discretion.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. 13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Looky Looky Vendor Mall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or diminished collectible value — arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. In all cases, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Order of Precedence
If these Terms conflict with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, or Payment Information page on a specific topic, the more specific policy governs for that topic.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top, and changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted more visibly.
18. Severability
