Information you give us directly. When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details. If you email support@lookymall.shop, we keep that correspondence so we can actually help you.
Payment information. We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partner payment providers, who handle your card details under their own strict security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every online store, our site collects certain technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our store. This happens through cookies and similar technologies (more on those below).

How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and commercial law. Account information is kept while your account is active. Support emails are retained as long as reasonably needed to resolve your issue and reference past conversations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption on all pages of our store. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — anyone who promises otherwise is selling something — but we work continuously to protect your data using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Children’s Privacy
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@lookymall.shop and we’ll delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
