When Is My Card Charged?
Your payment method is charged when your order is placed. You’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided within minutes — if it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us at support@lookymall.shop and we’ll sort it out.
Payment Issues?
Declined card? Double charge showing as pending? Checkout acting up? Don’t worry — most payment hiccups have simple explanations:
Declined payments are usually a billing address mismatch or a bank security hold. Verify your billing details match your card statement exactly, or contact your bank to approve the transaction.
Duplicate pending charges typically resolve on their own within a few business days — banks often show an authorization alongside the actual charge temporarily.

Refunds
