Our pre-order program lets you lock in upcoming sealed releases before they arrive — no camping outside the door, no refresh-button marathons on release morning. Here’s exactly how it works, because a pre-order should never come with fine-print surprises.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a purchase of a product that has been announced by the manufacturer but has not yet been released or delivered to us. Pre-order products are clearly marked on their product pages, along with the expected release or ship date. When you pre-order, you’re reserving a unit from our confirmed allocation — first ordered, first served.
Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time you place your pre-order. This is what secures your reservation from our allocation. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately, just like any other purchase. There are no deposits, partial payments, or surprise charges later — one payment, one reservation, done.
Release Dates & Timing
Expected ship dates shown on product pages come directly from manufacturer and distributor announcements — and as any collector knows, those dates occasionally move. A few ground rules we hold ourselves to:
We ship as soon as stock lands. Pre-orders are processed the moment product arrives at our location, in the order they were placed.
If a release is delayed, we tell you. You’ll receive an email update with the new expected date as soon as we know it. No silence, no guessing.
Significant delays unlock a full refund. If a release slips substantially past its expected date and you’d rather not wait, email support@lookymall.shop and we’ll refund you in full to your original payment method — no questions, no penalty.
Allocation Shortages
Occasionally, distributors cut allocations after pre-orders open — it’s an unfortunate reality of high-demand releases. If we receive less product than we sold, here’s our promise:
Pre-orders are honored strictly in the order they were received
Affected customers are notified immediately and refunded in full
We will never cancel an earlier pre-order to fill a later one, raise the price on you after the fact, or quietly substitute a different product
Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order ships together when the pre-order product arrives. Want your in-stock items sooner? Simply place two separate orders — shipping is free either way, so it costs you nothing extra.
Cancellations & Changes
Plans change, and we get it:
You may cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Just email support@lookymall.shop with your order number.
Address changes are no problem before shipment — send us the new address and we’ll update your order.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it’s treated like any regular order and falls under our standard 30-day return policy (sealed products must remain sealed).
Pricing Protection
The price you pay at pre-order is the price, period. If the market price of a hot release climbs before launch, your pre-order price is locked. And if we lower our price on the same product before it ships, email us — we’ll refund you the difference. Fair is fair, in both directions.
Quantity Limits
High-demand pre-orders may carry per-customer limits, clearly stated on the product page. These limits exist so that real collectors get a fair shot at allocation — orders that attempt to circumvent them may be reduced or canceled with a refund for the excess.
