Behind Looky Looky is a small crew of genuine collectors who sort, grade-check, pack, and ship every order like it’s headed for their own display case. Here’s who you’re talking to when you write in.
Marcus — Founder & Head Buyer
Marcus opened his first booth with two folding tables and a binder of cards he probably should have kept. Decades in the hobby taught him the two things that matter most: condition is everything, and trust is earned one order at a time. Today he handles sourcing and acquisitions, personally inspecting every sealed product before it earns a spot in the store. If it’s on our shelves, Marcus has had his hands on it.
Grail item: a factory-sealed box from his childhood era he swears he’ll never open. We don’t believe him.
Dana — Operations & Customer Support
Dana is the voice behind support@lookymall.shop — and yes, it’s really her reading your emails. She’s the reason our packages arrive corner-perfect and our replies arrive fast. Before joining Looky Looky she managed inventory for a busy collectibles retailer, and she brought that precision with her: every order double-checked, every fragile item double-boxed, every question answered like it came from a friend.
Favorite part of the job: the thank-you emails when a grail arrives safely.
Leo — Inventory & Listings
Leo is the one who makes sure what you see online is exactly what lands on your doorstep. He photographs, catalogs, and lists every product, writing descriptions with the detail only a collector would think to include. He’s also our resident release-calendar encyclopedia — if something’s dropping next month, Leo has already planned shelf space for it.
Known for: spotting a reseal from across the room.
Priya — Shipping & Fulfillment
Priya runs the packing station like a pit crew. Rigid mailers, bubble cushioning, tamper-evident seals — she treats every order as if the buyer is standing right there watching. Her personal rule: if she wouldn’t be thrilled opening the box herself, it doesn’t leave the building.
Packing record: zero damaged sealed boxes and counting.
