Marketing Emails
Your choice: Receive them, or don’t.
We only send marketing emails — new arrivals, restocks, special finds — to customers who have opted in. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works with one click, takes effect promptly, and doesn’t ask you to log in, explain yourself, or complete a survey on the way out.

Please note: Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies. Those aren’t promotions; they’re us doing our job on your order.
Transactional Communications
Your choice: Limited, by design.
Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and responses to your support requests are essential to fulfilling your purchase, so they can’t be switched off while you have an active order. Once your order is complete, we won’t email you again unless you’ve opted into marketing or you contact us first.

To exercise any right: Email support@lookymall.shop and tell us what you’d like to do. Plain language is fine — “please delete my data” works just as well as legal citations.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Your choice: Already made for you, in your favor.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising purposes. There is no opt-out to hunt for, because there is nothing to opt out of. If this ever changes, we will update our Privacy Policy and give you a clear, working opt-out mechanism before any sale or sharing begins — not after.
Minors
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us personal information can email support@lookymall.shop, and we will delete it promptly.
